Vidyarashmi Vidyalaya is sponsored by S.N.R. Rural Education Trust (R), Savanoor Sri K. Seetharama Rai Savanoor is the founder and the Managing Trustee of the Institution. Sri K. Seetharama Rai with the earnest interest of colouring the dreams of his father and also with the intention of setting an institution for the rural students with all the facilities of the cities, started Vidyarashmi Vidyalaya under the sponsorship of S.N.R. Rural Education Trust (R).
